A Message from our CEO

An open letter to ResQ's community and partners.

It’s KJ here and I wanted to personally wish you and your team a Happy New Year!

ResQ was born with the belief that restaurant operators and service providers should have a much better way to manage their businesses, and it’s an honour to partner with thousands of businesses like yours and support you through some of the most difficult times our industry has faced.

We know that 2021 threw many challenges everyone’s way but we showed up every single day, with resilience, more excited than ever to serve you. As we kick 2022 off, I want to reflect on some of our accomplishments from this past year and what you can expect from us this year.

A year in review

In 2021, thousands of new restaurants and service partners joined our ResQ community: 

  • Over 50,000 work orders completed and over $22 million in repairs managed
  • Our team size grew from 30 to over 120 dedicated ResQers (and counting!) 
  • Raised one of the largest restaurant-tech Series A globally of $39M, to invest into delivering an even stronger platform and experience to support your business 
  • Ramped up our community efforts through the ResQ Helps program 🧡

Our team is amped up for 2022 and we're excited to get to work building new product features and delivering incredible experiences to help your business thrive:
